The Putnam County Clerk is designated as the Open Records Officer and the Putnam County Deputy County Clerk is designated as the Alternate Open Records Officer to act in the Open Records Officer’s absence, both to act for the Putnam County Board of Commissioners as defined in the Act;
All requests for records made under the Act and directed to the Putnam County Board of Commissioners shall be made to the Open Records Officer, or in their absence, to the alternate via the NextRequest portal accessed through the County website;
