How do I apply for a special event permit?

Putnam County issues special event permits in accordance with Appendix B of our Official Code of Ordinances.

You can apply for a special event permit by completing the application package available on our Special Event Permit page. 

Please submit all necessary documentation to the County Clerk at the following address:
