How do I apply for a Lodging permit or Short Term Vacation Rental certificate?

Putnam County issues lodging permits and short term vacation rental certificates in accordance with Chapter 54 and Appendix D of our Official Code of Ordinances.

You can apply by completing the appropriate application packages available on our Lodging Permit and Short Term Vacation Rental page. 

Please submit all necessary documentation to the County Clerk at the following address:
