IMPORTANT RENEWAL INFORMATION FOR EXISTING STR CERTIFICATE HOLDERS:
Renewal for 2024 is being delayed due to the development/release of a new software program - GovOS. This will replace the old TrustExchange software and be used as a one stop shop for applications, licenses, tax forms, and any other information related to short term rentals. We anticipate the release to be sometime in November. Notifications will be sent by email to all existing STR Certificate holders with complete instructions on how to renew. Deadlines will be extended as needed. Please do not submit any renewal information until you are notified. Thank you!
